Information you enter

The name and device model fields are entered by you for identification in a diagnostic report.

Diagnostic information

The website may read browser-exposed information such as network status, display properties, touch capability, storage estimates and supported browser APIs.

Information we do not claim to access

PHONEFIX AI does not claim to secretly scan private files, full device storage contents, installed apps, contacts, messages or hardware information that your browser does not expose.

Camera and microphone

Camera and microphone access requires browser permission. This version does not automatically request those permissions for a hardware-health scan.

Reports

Downloaded reports are created in your browser. If a future deployment enables report sending, the website should clearly disclose that processing before data is transmitted.
